We visited Chapman Valley Manor. The facility was dated and felt institutional. It was more like checking into an old hospital versus an apartment-type community. The staff was fabulous, though. We met with the executive director and one of their staff nurses who were all fabulous, super nice, and caring. They seemed thoroughly fine. It was just the building that we were not too happy with.
