Before move-in, our Health Care Coordinator/RN does a comprehensive assessment to review overall health history and mental status. This is repeated 30 days after move-in and every 90 days beyond that, unless there is a change in condition such as an illness or fall.

Prairie Hills is pet friendly! Bring your dog, cat, bird or fish along with you when you move. There are outdoor accommodations available for walking as well.
