I'm happy with where I'm at, and I'm at Attivo Trail - Ankeny. They have a swimming pool, a hot tub, and a nice full kitchen. Everything is new. It's a nice community. I live on the third floor, so I have an elevator, too. All appliances are in, and they take care of them. The only thing you have to pay here (besides your cell phone) is your electricity. Everything else is paid here like, the cable, internet, water, and garbage. Garbage is picked up three times a week. The staff members are very friendly. They know you as soon as you walk in. It's that good. Meals are not included, though. They have activities every single day. They give you a calendar of what's going on that day. They have a Friday happy hour, exercise swimming, a weight room, and classes are held there. They have a lot of stuff to do.
