Heritage Pointe of Warren

My grandma has been living here in the assisted living part over a year now and absolutely loves it! She raves about how so many aides, nurses, and housekeepers are extremely friendly, even how quality the meals are! We can also verify the food is good after eating several meals there. It's always a well kept facility and she gets regular baths, etc. You don't hear that often in SNFs. It has a pool, billiards, activities, large rooms. It is a bit pricey to stay here though. Gotta say, GOOD JOB STAFF, keep it up!!

The staff at Heritage Pointe is very nice. They call me all the time if they have questions. The room is adequate, the food is okay, and they accepts Medicaid which is what we're looking for.

Heritage Pointe is a nice and historic establishment, with caregivers who are attentive to the needs of their patients. After my grandfather had surgery on his knee, he stayed at Heritage Pointe for a few weeks to recover before returning back home. As a man who likes to have his freedom, he didn't like being stuck in his room so often, but he said that the staff was all very kind and the food was better than any hospital food he'd ever had. I noted that the facility was meticulously cleaned and the staff all seemed more than happy to help me find where I needed to go. Their fitness center workers were all very helpful and because of their assistance, he was able to return home feeling better about his knee than he had felt in years. While it certainly isn't my hope that someone should need to go to an assisted living facility, it is good to know that Heritage Pointe, at least, is a cut above the rest.
