"My grandfather has lived at this facility for a little over 3 years now. After my grandmother's death I was hesitant to put him into a new living environment, but the staff and residents were more than accommodating. The quality of care is apparent at the front door, where there is always a friendly, familiar face. There have been some occasions where I have been concerned with the immediate welfare of my grandfather, as he suffers from dementia. All such concerns were addressed in an immediate fashion after a simple phone call. Additionally, I always appreciate the effort on part of the staff to keep my grandfather socially engaged, and in high spirits. He participates regularly in group outings, a well as a variety of clubs and activities provided on-site. Anytime he leaves the facility with a guardian, he is required to sign in, and out again. This gives me a sense of security which to me is invaluable. The facility could use some updates here and there, as utilities and ammenities do age, and become obsolete. Aside from this minor issue, I give this facility very high marks. I have full plans to keep my grandfather at Magnolia Manor for his remaining years, and I believe he is happy with this decision as well. "

"Savannah Square was excellent. It's beautiful. The price wasn't outrageous, and everything was included. They had a whole calendar of things that they do. They stay busy, they have quality people that come in and speak, they have classes -- you name it. They have wonderful activities. "

"We toured Harmony at Savannah. It was a great place. It would have been my first choice, but they don't have any staff to do tube feeding. The people that guided us through took a lot of notes about my husband, and they tried their best to work something out so he could be approved to go in there, but it's Georgia State regulations. We saw a room for the memory care and they were very nice. They have lots of activities."

"I liked the type of apartments that River's Edge had. It was very comfortable and bigger than what we saw before. I liked that it had a bathtub and that it was very clean. The lady who did the tour was very nice and knew what she was doing. Their dining area was big. The residents said "hi" and were very friendly. I liked that they made us feel good. They also do painting and other activities."

"I am a resident of The Social at Savannah. I'm currently in their independent living, and it's a very nice place. They have lots of activities. They have a bus that takes you to different places, stores, and restaurants. Today, we're going to go visit the Savannah Cemetery for a walking tour. I don't have much time to do anything other than go to activities. The meals here are very good, too. They're very tasty. The room is small, but it's not that bad. It's probably 400 square feet. The staff members are very good. I can't complain about any of them."
