I recently visited a relative in the facility. The staff are very rude, unconcerned, Snap at residence, Do not change their depends in a timely manner. The staff need training on people skills. The building is in severe need of an over haul and State inspection.

My mother stayed at Roberta for 2 months, and it wasn't a good experience. A lot of the staff was really nice, but their urgency to care was not there. The evening shift is just not where it needs to be. The building was old, and the structure part of it was understandable, but it smelled awful. The activities were poor, because every time I was there, mom was sitting in the TV room. Her room had a bathroom, sink, bed, and dresser, but they don't have a chair to relax in, and my mother would sit in a wheelchair all day long.

The hospital chose Roberta Healthcare Center for my loved one. The place is very clean. The staff is very nice and attentive. They take care of him really well. When I come to see him, he is really clean and seems happy.

My mom is in Roberta for about a month now. The hospital recommended it after her hospitalization. The facility is fine and they have good services. They have spacious rooms and they provide enough activities for the residents. They seemed to care a lot about my mother and she's very clean and cared for.
