I live in Ridenour Apartments, a 55-plus community. It's pretty good. It's gotten expensive, but it's less expensive than other places nearby, and they're both 55-plus. I've been here 9 years. It's quiet. It does have an elevator, and with my eyesight, I don't do good on stairs. The least I like is that there's a tenant that lives above me who makes a lot of noise. I've complained to management. I even had the police out here, but nobody seems to be able to get to resolve that problem. It's not constant, but it is 24/7, and he keeps me up at night. Outside of that, I pretty much enjoy it here, except that it's gotten expensive. My apartment is 850 square feet, one bath, one bedroom. There's a manager and assistant manager, and then they've got a maintenance supervisor, and they're all good. I like them. I wish management could do more or would do more regarding the noise. They had not done enough.
