" Clean facility and staff! The cnas work very hard here! Sweet residents! The physical therapy department is fantastic ! The staff puts so much love into helping the resident get there physical strength back. Jan C. is a great physical therapist that works there also "

"The staff here is wonderful! They formed personal bonds with the Mama. They check on her often during the day to empty her catheter and see if she needs anything. Many of them know me by name and talk to me as I come and go. They dispense her meds and check her sugar levels several times a day. It's a beautiful facility, more like a nice motel. It's pricey, but they really care about the residents. I cannot say enough about the CFO and activities director and several of the staff that really love my Mama! She was in a wheelchair and on oxygen when she came last yr. Now she is off O2 and walking the halls several times a day! She has friends! She paints, plays bingo and cards, put together puzzles until her eyesight got worse, enjoys "butterbean auctions", outings around Tifton on the bus & sitting on the front porch in the padded rockers. My only ding is the food. It's not always good or cooked well, and we keep Glucerna in her fridge for those meals she can't eat. But they are in the process of replacing their previous cook due to a stroke, so we're in transition right now. Hoping for a quick replacement. Overall, it's a great place to be."

"Rehabilitation Center of South Georgia's floor plan is very workable and good. The appearance as you first come up to it is inviting and looks like a community. The place is well-kept and there's a well-maintained yarded area with nice pine trees. The staff is above what you would expect. They're caring and they take care of my mom and her needs very well. They check on her regularly. They also get her up and about into the community and to the dining hall. They make sure that if she can't feed herself, there's someone there to take care of that, so I've been very pleased with them. The dining area is clean with ample room to move around with wheelchairs and walkers. The food was good and well-prepared. They have a gospel singer there and other daily activities that go around."

"Grace Manor is an assisted living facility for the elderly and special needs of our area. It is an expensive but very nice assisted living facility with plenty of outdoor area to walk and enjoy The apartment rooms are not too large, but are very comfortable. I visited at least once a week over the two year period she lived there. The staff is very good and very organized. The only problem I had was they would always give in to whatever my grandmother wanted, mostly too much chocolate, which caused her to restless and hyper.Every week their would be a special covered dish supper and many of the residents did cook. I went once and enjoyed it. Their were several activities to do. Bingo once a month on a Saturday evening.I have been around several nursing homes and one other assisted living facility, but this one is the nicest one.It only took one month to get moved in and a couple of days to get all the paperwork done. I would certainly use them again and I wouldn't living there if it comes to that.Overall the facility had very nice workers and plenty of activities for the ones living there. Everyone living there was checked on casually and thoroughly.The grounds were always kept neat and clean every time I went.I would rate it a 4.5 out of of 5 points on the grading scale. "

"I have seen wonderful care and services from the wonderful caregivers at Southern Care. As difficult as it was for us to take care of my mom at home, she has done very, very well there. I truly feel like we are blessed to have such a wonderful facility like this one in Tift County. I would not hesitate to recommend these very compassionate and loving facility to anyone. "

"Oxton Place was a nice facility. It was clean and all the clients seemed to be happy. They had activity rooms, therapists, and they have some rooms where you can have private access for the family."

"My mother is in Southern Senior Living. I like it. They're really good and they do a good job. They have home-cooked meals. Everything is good so far. The staff members are really friendly. I went into the front room. They're kinda strict on the COVID right now as far as people going in and out of the place. I haven't even seen the room that she's staying in, but I know that she's in a room with her best friend. I put her in a room with her best friend last week."

"They put me in Berrien Nursing Center. I like the staff. I couldn't ask for anybody to be any better to you. They provide three meals a day. The staff is excellent. They treat you like you're in a five-star hotel. Twice a week, they have activities, too. They have bingo, music exercises, and dancing."

"My grandmother spent the last twelve months of her life at River Willows Nursing Center. When I visited her, I was met by cheerful and friendly staff and residents. The place was very clean and didn't have the typical "nursing home" smell that most facilities carry. I spoke with some of my grandmother's friends that also stayed there. They all seemed very pleased with their stays and with the nurses and other staff members that worked their. Overall, I would recommend this place to anyone that is in the South GA area for the care of their family members and loved ones. "
