I moved here in January. The place is clean and well cared for. The staff is top rated. I put in a maintenance request early one morning and a few hours later it was completed. Mr Ray in maintenance is a very hard working professional. It is obvious that he loves his job. The tenants have been kind and helpful. I love my new home.

I chose Covington Mill Village because it's close to the grandkids. They want me to be close, so they can visit. It's very nice. It's a new building. It's a pretty new development. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and nice. I'm happy with it so far. They have parking and a gazebo. They have an exercise room. In the apartment, they have a washing machine, a dryer, and a dishwasher. It's nice. They have maintenance people but not many staff. This is where you take care of yourself. They have a room where you can sit in chairs and eat food. The staff are very helpful. The place is very clean.

We are in Covington Mill Village and it seems very nice here. It's working great for us. Brandy is the manager. She is a nice person to work with and the people here are just so friendly. We love it. We're in a two-bedroom unit and it's beautifully laid out. The bathroom is exceptionally wonderful compared to what we had, and it's very well kept up. They supply the stove, microwaves, the refrigerator, and the washer and dryer. They're very helpful. Brandy goes out of her way to make sure this place is kept like it should and help you if you need something. They have a gym here where you can go and work out. They have gathering rooms where you can gather in groups and watch TV, play cards, do games or put puzzles together. We cook our own food, but they drop off some food here if anybody's in need of food. You can go down and pick some up.

I toured Covington Mill Village and I like all the amenities they have to offer. The room comes with a washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully furnished and has a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. You can have a walk-in shower or tub, and they have elevators. They have little park areas out where you can barbecue and stuff like that. They have a gym where you can go exercise, and they also have a seating area where you can go and sit with your family and friends. It is affordable, even if it will increase by $50 to $100 each year. The location is good, nice, and clean. It's not like going to a government-owned one. I had looked at one of those at a housing authority and it is different. The living arrangements and everything. This one is more like home, and like going to a regular apartment building or something like a condo. This is home. It is pet friendly also and that's what I was looking for because I have a little Teacup Yorkie. They don't have a beauty-barber salon, but it is not that far. It's located close to the Covington downtown area, where there are barbers, beauty shops, and all of that stuff. It has a central location for one thing. The staff was very friendly, very honest, and she was very knowledgeable about her job. She just knew everything and would help you out. She would tell you things upfront like it is income restricted, and one person can only make a certain amount of money per year. She was just a great person. She had good vibes and a humble spirit. They don't offer food because it's an apartment.
