I went to Park View at Coventry Station. I like best that it doesn't sit directly in the middle of traffic. It's a little private. They give you space, and you can have your own little receptions if you want to. Staff and be will. They don't have a lot of staff at independent living. The manager was nice, and they have a clean-up person, and a secretary, and they're nice as well. It's nice. It's comfortable, and people seem to get along well. It's always been very clean. I went to visit some people there too, and it was nice and clean. The people from the medical community invite them in and do presentations. They go on bus trips sometimes. They play bingo. Maintenance is pretty good. They stay on that, as far as I can see.

It is filthy there is no one to really clean it and the maintenance doesn’t even wanna do their work I would not tell anyone to come and live in this place The garbage does not get picked up regularly. There are roaches and they are uncontrollable. There are a lot of people that live in the building that are far under the age of 55 And the management is rude
