I do NOT like how residents are treated at this facility. My mother or my aunt visits my grandmother daily, and she is still treated poorly, so imagine how the residents with no family are treated. The laundry department has a tendency of losing clothes; the kitchen does a poor job at following dieting plans. The aids are rude; and quite frankly, the nurses are ignorant. Several times, my grandmother has received the wrong dosage of medicine or hasn't received the needed medicine at all. My grandmother has fallen, has been dropped, has set in her on urine for hours because no one would change her, has been insulted, has been stole from, and the list could go on for hours. Unfortunately, this facility is the only option we have for her. If we could put her somewhere else, we would. If anyone has a family member at this facility I would HIGHLY recommend daily visits!!
