We have moved into Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach. I like the fact that it has two bedrooms and a common area and not just one studio area. Many of them have just one studio, but this one has twombedrooms, and they're fairly good size. All the appliances like the washer and dryer, are here. They have three meals a day and also have an open area where you can get fruit throughout the day at any time. They have a ton of activities. They have crafts, church services, exercise classes, movies, happy hour, and entertainment. The list goes on and on.

Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach had everything I liked, and they were the best ones suited for me. They provided the transportation and everything for it in your payment every month, the free transportation to doctors and stuff. It wasn't only on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if you got signed up it was all week long. The meals were included. They didn't pay as you go. They had a swimming pool. They had an exercise room. They had so many amenities. I did like it the best. The ones I looked at were the studio apartments and one-bedrooms, and they were lovely. The studio had a balcony, but the one that I saw only looked out onto the back parking lot. That wasn't a really good view, but the apartment was very nice. They included your microwave and refrigerator, and the one-bedroom even included the washer and dryer. The young lady who helped me was very helpful. She was very kind and courteous; seemed to be very knowledgeable.

Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach was a very nice facility. It seemed like a caring community. The one-bedroom apartment had a very nice floor plan. They got nice exterior grounds, a library in there, a beauty parlor/barbershop, and nice dining facilities. It's very comfortable.

Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach was a beautiful place. It seemed to be fairly new and well-appointed. I just liked the atmosphere. People were friendly and it had everything that I would want to have (I was looking at two-bedroom apartments.) It had a library, an area where you could watch movies, a game room, an art room. I'm kind of interested in that because I do lots of arts and crafts, paintings and things like that. They had an outdoor pool with a handicapped accessible chair, which was a plus. Another plus was they have a little van that'll take you on trips to Pier Park, in the shopping areas, restaurants, and so on. They also had a library and a beauty salon. It had long hallways, but it had elevators. So, it was easily accessible. The dining area was nice and the lady who gave the tour was very pleasant and informative.

The Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach community itself is in the main building. They have a beautiful pool, a couple of different areas where they can play pool or cards or hess. There are different community areas and it feels more like a resort there. I was impressed with it. That's where I'd rather my parents be, but the cost for the second person is over their budget. The villa is bigger than the one they're getting at the other community, but they don't actually want a bigger place. It was very beautiful. I saw the menu was advertised as chef-prepared, and looked very, very nice. The staff was very friendly.

I moved into Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach. I liked the fact that it's tucked away in a very private area, very quiet, very peaceful, and very clean. They keep it up very well. The food is decent. You get a good variety on the menu. The front office staff is very nice. They accept pets. We have a beauty salon. We have a small gym. There's a library. They have a wellness room, and a chapel for church services.

I took a tour of Seagrass Village of Panama City Beach and the rooms were nice, clean, comfortable-looking and just really nice. It's a nice community, and all the staff-members are friendly and would say hello, how are you. Their common areas are also really nice. The only reason my wife is not there is because it's out of her price-range. I like that everybody there looked peaceful and happy. I looked at their dining area but I did not try any food, but it was really nice, clean, easy to get around in and looked well-kept. They told me about the activities that they have for the residents although I couldn't remember what they were now.
