The Watermark at Marco Island is beautiful. There are a lot of skilled and experienced caregivers. It's a brand-new facility, so everything is new and looking nice. They seemed really helpful in trying to make your stay there nice. They treat you with dignity. Their dining area is a big, beautiful room. We went there for the open house, and they had all kinds of appetizers, coffee, and treats or sweets. Their rooms seemed a little bit smaller for some reason, but they're still very nice. A young lady gave us a tour, and she was very knowledgeable. She answered a lot of our questions, and we felt very confident with what she was telling us. The tour was good. The people are nice. The young lady knew everything. Someone asked about hurricanes, such as how these people will be affected, and what she said was, "We have the hurricane windows and a setup if the weather is bad. We have buses that take them to wherever." So they have a hurricane plan for living on the island. The facility is a little upscale.
