"My mother is at Saint Paul's. The staff is very caring. I have had lots of good conversations with the nurses and the aides there. She ended up moving from there into the hospital for a while and then rehab again and we weren't sure if she was going to be able to move in. They all loved Mom. They wanted her to come back and they said, "Whatever it takes, she can come back." They're very sweet and she's got a good friend there, too. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and it was pretty good. She has a studio, so there's a bathroom and a living room, bedroom combination. They've got lots to do there. She also has PT there, and she likes having mass every day. They come right to the floor, so I think that's good because a lot of them can't get off the floor. They try to have something every couple of days for them to do. I've only participated in making Christmas decorations. Compared to other places, value for money is very good."

"The place that we most want is Hubbard Hill Estates, but they didn't have any openings. They got three on the waiting list already, but by far, Hubbard Hill would be perfect for my sister. There, they have freedom because it's almost like a greenhouse, where if she can't sleep at night, she would still be able to go out and walk around and feel like she is outside. It is almost like a classroom. My sister had been an elementary teacher, so she would have loved it. They put up all their artwork, so this would be stimulating for her to wander around and look at all the beautiful artwork that the clients have done. Hubbard Hill is just amazing. The staff members were nice and patient. It seems like ever since COVID, everybody is nasty to each other, but none of these people were nasty. Nobody said anything negative. They were all very professional, informative, and understanding. They have the artwork everywhere. Just very colorful. There was a welcome wreath on the door that was made out of flip-flops, just really cute little things like that. My sister was a bit of an artist, so she would love that stuff."
