Burritt House New Britain, CT Burritt House Apartments is a six-story elevated building located in New Britain, CT. It is comprised of 65 studio and one-bedroom apartments offering affordable housing for eligible elderly applicants (62 years of age or older) and disabled individuals and their families. The community is located in downtown New Britain offering convenient access to public transportation, banks, shopping and healthcare facilities. The common areas have been recently updated offering comfortable seating and an opportunity to relax and enjoy the company of other community members. On site amenities include a community center with kitchen, laundry facility, and a Resident Service Coordinator is available to the site to offer guidance with various supportive services and agency referrals.
