Tortora, Sr., and continues to be family-owned and operated with three of Carmen's children overseeing all aspects of operations. Our mission hasn't changed: We are committed to serving Fairfield and the surrounding communities with the best possible convalescent care and a belief that every resident is an individual to be treated with dignity, respect and compassion. We are dedicated to making The Carolton the finest convalescent facility in the area. The Carolton has 229 beds, including 109 private rooms and suites.
