My wife was referred for rehab. The odor was uncomfortable for her. Upon admission she was told the nurse would be in to check her vitals and answer questions. Nurse never showed in the first 3 hours. Staff brought her a plate with green beans and some mac and cheese garbage. When she asked about her medications she was told she wouldn't get them until the next day despite the orders being sent with her paperwork. Staff were not attentive to the call button, especially when she needed assistance going to the bathroom. Almost ended up soiling herself. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
