"This facility is horrible and I wish I could get my uncle OUT! The staff is rude and very rough with the patients. Sometimes my uncle will not get a bath for days and his food has been forgotten at times. I have made several complaints to higher ranking staff and even called corporate officials but nothing has changed. I just hope my uncle is not hurt before something changes. "
