I am a resident of Lake Vista's mobile home park. I like that it's actually very quiet and affordable. I chose it because they have a few spaces still available. They'll allow you to move your own trailer in or purchase one here in the park. They have spaces for both single-wide and double-wide mobile homes, and it's a pretty safe park. They have a community pool and mailboxes, too. I can see that they're working on cleanliness and upkeep. They've been putting in new drainage systems and doing a lot of tree trimmings around to try to get things caught back up. We've had a lot of rough weather, so they've been trying to repair it. I really haven't had a chance to participate in any activities, but I know they've had a couple of little picnics and barbecues here.
