Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments

I'm in Junsay Oaks Senior Apartments in Marina. I love my apartment. It's very nice and clean. It's also quiet, and I have a nice little view. It's near the ocean, so I can actually hear the roaring of the ocean, and I love the air. There's a washer and dryer available on the main floor, and we can get Meals on Wheels, too. They have a food truck that comes on the first Thursday of every month. The people here, including the manager, are great. I feel like my neighbors are caring, so it's a nice community. It's very clean. They clean the hallways and public areas twice a week. They have movie nights, bingo nights, and they play games. They have coffee in the morning downstairs, too. There's also an exercise room, and there are flyers up for all types of activities. For me, it's a very fair value for the money considering the area and the cost of living. It's more than fair, actually.
