I will be moving into Zen Senior Living Diamond Valley. I chose it because it's near my mother. It's a small one-bedroom, but it's very nice and updated. In L.A., I would end up in a studio the size of a small room for that price. The only thing I saw was the lounge area. There's a TV, there's a pool table, there's a card table, and then right outside that there's a kitchen. If you needed to have an event and you wanted to book the lounge you have that kitchen there. They have the swimming pool with the hot tub and a couple of nice grills and two laundry rooms. They have a 24-hour security. They have a handyman available, and the two ladies that work in the office that manage the place are very nice and helpful. The apartment itself is very nice. The rooms are small, but it has its own kitchen with a small dining room, a living room, a separate bedroom with a big walk-in closet, and a nice bathroom. They don't provide meals. It's an apartment complex.
