Oak Terrace Senior Apartments is not safe. There's a lot of homeless people. There's a lot of drugs and we don't feel safe here. There are common areas. There's a laundry room and a clubhouse that's only open Monday to Friday. It's just got movies that you can borrow and books to read and stuff like that. There's no exercise equipment. They don't have senior-type activities or anything.
