I visited Villa Anaheim. They're really nice people. The rooms were a little small. It's a very clean and very nice place. The dining area was nice. There were some residents out there having some sort of activities. They had a nice dedicated room for the gym. There were about four pieces of equipment in there. They had a nice TV in the main room where the dining room is. They said that they had a grocery truck or something coming by where you could buy your groceries. They said they had a lot of activities.

We went and visited Villa Anaheim Senior Apartments. I think they had free parking, which was attractive to my brother. The price was right. It was like $2400 a month to live there. They showed him the apartment, but it didn't pan out. The starting price for a unit, my brother said, was satisfactory for him. It had a small kitchen. What I liked the least was the difficulty of dealing with the manager in the office. It really was kind of rude and nonprofessional dealing with the manager. The assistant manager was a young married woman, and she was exceptionally nice, but the manager was a middle-aged woman, and she had kind of a belligerent personality. I was with my brother, and she didn't take a liking to him at all for some reason. We were very polite as far as I can tell. He passed a background check, too. They did a security check, and he asked for a copy, but they wouldn't give him a copy even though he paid for it, but they said he passed that. As for the facility, it had an older swimming pool, and it was fenced off. You have to go through a security gate to get in, so it was a secure facility.
