"My brother-in-law moved into Loch Lomond. They help him manage his meds and he's able to socialize there. Their rooms are mostly double rooms. Twin beds. They do the meals for them. The community feels homey. The staff was professional. Amenities and services include laundry, cooking, housekeeping, and socialization. My brother-in-law seemed pleased and he's a hard-to-please guy."

"I was taken on a full tour of the facility when I was interviewed for a possible position in the kitchen/dining area. The outer facade of the building is not very clean, however the visiting and "day recreation" areas are. The bedrooms are orderly and clean, but the bathrooms were a bit messy. The kitchen area was the worst as far as cleanliness. It was cluttered and everyone working there seemed to be unorganized. The dining area was not very large and was not decorated. There seemed to be a lack of nurses or care-givers as opposed to the number of residents/patients. Many sat in the hallways, unattended and sad-looking. It didn't appear that the staff was negligent, rather they were scarce and clearly needed. I don't think I would be comfortable placing a loved one in a facility such as The Morrison (or any other, for that matter). I would keep them at home, with me, for as long as possible (with visiting nurses, if needed).I was not impressed with this facility and did not return for the second interview. "

"Summit By Morrison was very nice. We love the community. It's a brand-new facility. We looked at a cottage that has two bedrooms and a kitchen-living room combined. There is a sun porch and a laundry room, too. Some of them have garages. It is quite roomy. We went through the whole place. We went to the dining hall. They had a theater, and they had a library. They had assisted living places. The only thing is that it was on the small side. It was just a bedroom, a bathroom, and another small room which had a kitchenette in it. The staff was very nice. She introduced us to other people. The community is beautiful. It sits on the hill. It's very, very nice. The cottage was beautiful, too. It's perfect."

"I am so very impressed with this facility handling of closing down and protecting our loved ones during Covid. And also the pleasant professional attitudes the staff and owner has when ever I am there or call. They are top notch "
