" The facility was pretty standard. It looked nice, not fantastic, but nice. They touted the dining room and the living areas, which were nice, but I have seen better in other assisted living facilities. Overall, the amenities were normal for what I have seen, 24 hour care, 3 meals, laundry, exercise programs and scheduled activities. The one really nice thing that I saw was the library was a fireside room. It smelled nice and had that classic feeling and look. The selection was solid and broad, but not overly expansive. Overall, I had to say it was a nice facility to see. One note for those looking for a place is the price, being in SD and not in a big town, the price is low. It's nice and inexpensive. "

"Everyone we interacted with at Countryside Living was very friendly. It was very easy for us to set up a tour on the day we were interested in doing this. We were shown a variety of floor plans and staff seemed very knowledgeable and was able to answer all of the different questions that we had about the facility and its residents' daily life. The different services that they provide when it comes to assisted living were clearly explained to us and seemed to be very comprehensive. Staff seemed to know each resident by name and residents reacted positively to them so it seems as if everyone is well cared for. We were in the dining room when residents were eating and the food looked good. The residents seemed to be enjoying it as well. We were impressed by how clean and updated this facility was too. Everything seems well-maintained and up-to-date. If my grandma ever needs a facility like this, she has decided that this is one that she will definitely consider. "

"We have been with this place for over a year now. This facility is amazing! The staff are very helpful and friendly. Everything is very thorough and we are always kept informed on what is going on. It's a cleanily place and has a great atmosphere. Quiet, with the right amount of activity going on. Meal time is pleasant and very tasteful!! It was almost heart breaking to have to choose a facility for our loved one, but this place has met beyond any expectations I ever had. "
