"My wife is in Arbor Manor Assisted Living Community. It's a good place. I hadn't had anything that was negative. It's all been positive. I'm on a first-name basis with my wife's nurses. If I'll call them, and they'll be busy, they'll call me back. We have a friendship that you don't have in a lot of places. I know there have fish every Friday, and everybody likes that. They have eggs and bacon for breakfast. They have a hearty breakfast in there, and everybody seems to be enjoying their food. The facility is always clean. It's a very professionally run place. They got a big old television in there where they all sit and lounge there. Normally when I go visit my wife, and the weather permits, we go outside on the patio and visit. But now they are locked down, and I haven't seen her for about three weeks. But I know she's in a good place, and they're taking care of her. I know she's safe and clean."

"The staff at Colonial Gardens of Warner are excellent. They are very congenial and nice to my parents. They are delighted to help them. The owner and the manager are exceptional people to deal with. Whatever they need is taken above and beyond. Their food is delicious. My parents enjoyed them. The rooms that they have is very nice. Before we moved in they had a new carpet and paint it new. They have activities for them to do. "

"We toured The Canopy at Warner Robins. I drove around on my own, scoping out the area, and when I went by, I had the impression that it was a fairly small place. We get there, look around, and it's bigger than I had expected. That made me feel better going in. The person who normally did the tour was not available, so someone else who was kind of just minding the store did the tour. She was very apologetic that she was not the usual person, but she did a very good job. We were pleased with what we saw of someone presenting the tour and presenting the facility, doing a first-rate job. I remember that much. Somebody stepping in, taking over a job that was not theirs, I take that as probably representative of the way the rest of the staff was prepared. The place looked good."

"I had raving comments about Summer's Landing of Warner Robins and the community. I've been very satisfied with the staff and the individuals. So far, everything is good. The staff and the employees are excellent. They do whatever you ask, and they're very accommodating. The food is average, but I like it. I'm a very difficult person to feed, so this is good food. They come when called and they do what they can do. It's very clean and very well kept. The grounds are good, but they need some work because the weather has not been all that good. It's near everything like the hospital and a mall."

"The Facility is Beautiful! Management is very easy to get in touch with and understanding when it comes to the residents and family needs. Staff really seem to care about the needs of all of the residents. The activity Director and her team have really come up with really neat ideas for the residents during these trying times, that the residents really have enjoyed. The rooms are really nice . The are not small , where the residents have plenty of room to decorate and make it as comfortable as as they want. "

"Willow Creek Personal Care Home were unprepared for me to come. They were surprised that I was there, but they took me in anyway and showed me around. It was a good and clean place. The people were nice, cordial, informative, and helpful. They knew I was in a situation where I didn’t know what I was looking for, so they were really helpful in helping me get started. They served three meals a day and had a van that could take the patients to doctors' appointments. It seemed like they were going to the malls and seeing movies. They were going out into the community a couple of times a week."

"Kingsford of Warner Robins is very nice and it's small. There are no more than 40 residents. My mom's really happy there. The staff is really caring and they genuinely like what they're doing. I've got nothing but great things to say about the place. They play card games and Bingo, and there's an outside group that comes in on a regular basis for exercise. She seems to really like what she's doing there. Her room is spacious. It's a one-bedroom apartment essentially. She loves the food. Everyone that I've met has been great. It's not brand new, but it's well-maintained. It's in a nice, quiet, peaceful area of town and it's very comfortable."

"We chose the Villa Rose for my aunt. She will move in this month. We liked it for the location and size. The staff was very helpful, answered all the questions, typical sales. The facility does not have a lot of bells and whistles, but it's clean. They have a basic cable, Wifi, they have a dining hall, and all the rooms are private. It's close to our home, that's why we liked it."
