There seems to a shortage of CNAs and hard to find one when needed. There are real good ones there that tend to care for the people that have to be there. They all seem to take a cigarette break together making the halls empty of staff. The food is like kids school food. Doesn't look real good and usually left on the plate uneaten. Seems better food could be served and not wasted in the trash. Some residence there scream and hardly get checked on in a timely manner. Things tend to go missing and unable to be found in the laundry. The rooms seem pretty clean. Sometimes stuff is piled on the beds and left there. The beds don't seem to be changed out in a good timely manner. If there were more staff to cover this place it might go more smoothly.

My dad moved to Dardanelle Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, inc. There's not enough staffing at times, but overall, I think they're doing a good job of caring for him. There have been some concerns, and sometimes when we've gone in, we see staff out taking a smoke break, and he needs to be changed, you can't get somebody to come. I mean, that doesn't happen all the time, but that has happened sometimes. The ones that I had interactions with and took care of him, they've done a great job. The food sometimes looks great and other times I don't think he would eat that. The facility is always clean and smells good. We're paying out of pocket. I think it's overpriced. I mean, people have to make money, but I think it's a little outrageous for what they charge.

Bate and Switch. Show you a remodeled room, then put your Mom in one that is old. A lot of flies and the staff doesn’t care. Let patients go in other rooms and eat food in their rooms and touch everything. My Mom got Covid at the nursing home. They called and told me with no emotions. They don’t care and my Mom passed away. Wish I never took my Mom to Dardanelle Nursing Home.

My mother has been at DNRC for several years and we have been very impressed with the level of care she has received. The staff is always helpful and kind to her and to us. I have been in several rooms and common areas and they are ALWAYS clean and cheerfully decorated. I would highly recommend this nursing home to anyone!

My dad was in the Dardanelle Facility for about two months for physical therapy. The entire staff was very caring and attentive to Dad (everyone from the CNA's, Nurses, laundry personnel, PT/OT, speech, etc.). All were very kind and compassionate. I appreciate the level of care my dad was given and the detailed updates our family received on his care.

We took care of our mother for 6 years and when her health deteriorated we had to find a Nursing Facility for her to live. It was beyond hard to relinquish her care to anyone. We looked at many care facilities and found the Dardanelle Center to be clean, bright and warm feeling. The care would not have been perfect for our mother no matter where it was but the care here was of good quality and any problems were always worked out to our satisfaction. I would recommend this facility to others.
