"We're with Bristol Hospice Green Bay, and it was a good choice. Our family doctor has recommended this hospice. It's been about three weeks now, and it has worked well. A nurse's aide comes in five days a week and helps with dressing, bathing, doing my husband's teeth, shaving, haircut (as he needs it), and minor housekeeping. She's not a housekeeper, but she will help with things if I need it. For example, she changes the bed and does the laundry for me. A nurse comes in twice a week and checks blood pressure, temperature, heart, lungs, and looks at the areas where he has a problem. He has edema in his legs and that type of thing. I can have a social worker come in one or two days a week, but I haven't really "used" her, so to speak. They have a pastor that'll come in one or two days a week. They have supplied us with the things that we need to make care easier for him. They provided a commode, which makes toileting easier for him. We have a wheelchair here, but our wheelchair is too big and clunky for our living facility. They have ordered a transport wheelchair. They have been able to assist with other little things, like the vinyl gloves, the disposable washcloths, and chair pads. I don't have any negatives. The people that are here are always good natured and always personable. Right now, I have nothing negative to say whatsoever. When I thought we had a problem, they addressed it immediately. They tried to fix it, and we think we have it fixed. We're dealing with both the nurse and the CNA routinely. My husband likes them. They're engaged with him. They're always in a good mood and always patient. It's a positive experience. I have no reservations in my recommendation."

"Our Primary Physician referred us to this place. They provide follow ups on rehabilitation for my father who is now living at home with me.Their service is very good. They are very competent and they know what they are doing. They are very accommodating in terms of asking what goals we have and they help us meet those goals. Their staffs are very patient, caring and friendly which is good. It would be nice if my father can receive the nursing services more frequently but they are also bound with medicare and insurance policy. "
