My mother is using Touching Hearts at Home. The staff is a 9/10 and the owner is a 1/10 because he's not organized, and he's very mixed up on his financial records and how he charged us. There's no consistency. They provide companion care, make her lunch, get her up out of a chair, and walk her to the restroom. I have two different caregivers, and they're both very good with my mom, very kind, courteous, and respectful, they involve her, they read with her, and they're very active. They come three days a week from 12:30 until 5:30. I was charged two different prices. I get a grant assistance three hours free a week and that doesn't show up on my bill. He's a horrible business owner, and if I didn't like the companion so much for my mom, I would switch companies. I would not recommend them.
