We hired L&M Family CareGivers for my father and it's been very good so far. We chose them because they seemed professional and had the care we were looking for. They provide non-medical services, and the caregivers are very good.

This winter both my husband and I were housebound; he had been very ill and I had had shoulder surgery and was in a sling for 6 weeks, unable to move my right shoulder. Being right-handed, I was unable to do ordinary things for myself (not to mention being in pretty constant pain even after the sling was removed), and I was also unable to do much to help my husband, who was recovering at home. When we discovered L&M Family CareGivers we discovered a treasure. We were cared for by a few different members of their team, all of whom were friendly, caring, helpful with whatever we needed, from a ride to the doctor to helping with bathing, from doing laundry to preparing breakfast to helping shop (and carry and put away) groceries. They were efficient, competent, always a step ahead and always on time. If you find you could benefit from this kind of assistance, you would be wise to turn to L&M.

We called L&M on Thursday and they came to meet with us that day, we hired them immediately. We needed short term care for my elderly father who was displaced by Hurricane Sandy. He came to stay with us in Vermont from Long Island. My father is 82 and uses a walker. Bruce was efficient, well informed, caring, prompt and gave us peace of mind. We couldn't have made it through this stressful time without L&M

I am currently using L&M to assist in the care of my special needs child. I have nothing put positive things to say about my experience with her caregiver. She is totally reliable, on time,experienced, but most of all loving and caring. My daughter just loves her and loves to see her arrive. That is so comforting for me as a parent to know that my child is being cared for in a loving and caring manner. She always does what I ask of her as well as go above and beyond what is expected of her. I highly reccommend them:you will not be disappointed when you choose their agency to care for your loved ones. I would be glad to speak with anyone that would like a personal reference. Jamie
