My mother is using At Home Senior Care Manchester. She has pre-cognitive dementia so they are coming two mornings a week to help with various household chores, medications, and just general observation to make sure she's OK. She just really needs memory care. The home aides are great, and communication with the agency is generally excellent. They work very hard to try to find people to cover my mother. We're always contacted if the caregiver can't come, and they 90% are able to find someone to cover for that person. They have been very sensitive to our needs as far as they are able.
