The Lincoln County Health System is located 80 miles south of Nashville, TN and 30 miles north of Huntsville, AL. We are a full-service, health care system accredited by The Joint Commission, which serves Lincoln County, TN and surrounding counties. The Lincoln County Health System is a multi-faceted health care system whose mission is to provide life-long health care for the people it serves. In addition to a 49-bed acute care and 10-bed geropsych, the system consists of a full-service hospital with a freestanding rehabilitation and wellness center (Patrick Rehab/Wellness) are two nursing homes totaling 270 ICF and SNF beds (Lincoln Care Center and Skilled Care Center and Donalson Care Center and Assisted Living Center), a home health and hospice agency (Lincoln Medical Home Health and Hospice), and an ambulance/EMS service (Lincoln Medical EMS). The facilities are county-owned, not-for-profit, and are governed by the Lincoln County Health System Board of Trustees.
