Since mid-2016 I've had excellent geriatric care manager from PLS in place. Getting closer to ten years now!! Superb colleagues for me. A long list of ways they assist me in continued independent living. **Listening and responding to my needs and requests.** *Work with my family, for ex, when I'm released from 2 wks in rehab after hospitalization. *Accompany me to doctors' appointments. *Support my decisions when I've needed to say 'good-bye' to helper I hired privately. *Stand firm in role as liaison between physicians (quite a feat!). Thank goodness for PLS. With late-onset Multiple Sclerosis, yet still independent in many ways, living in my own home with regular helpers most every day, thanks to my geriatric care manager from Preferred Living Solutions.

My friend was at wit's end about finding a new independent living retirement home in which to live. After trips to several apartment homes and to retirement homes, there was still no good fit. Another friend introduced me to Beth Levine, Aging Life Care Manager from Preferred Living Solutions. Within two days, Beth was able to find the perfect solution—an Independent Living Retirement Community that was affordable provided three meals/day/had physical therapy on-site/medical care on-site. It had a convenient location, transportation to specialty doctors, etc.—Everything that was needed was at the facility. Beth made it so easy. Within a very reasonable time, the client was in the new facility. Beth had signed up a primary care doctor, a digestive care doctor helped organize medications (dates, quantity, times to be taken.) Beth has been very professional in all her dealings with my friend, even finding reduced costs for dental work that was badly needed. Beth has always been conscientious about setting up appointments, securing transportation, keeping track of appointments, calling with friendly reminders, etc. She has been most diligent about any follow-ups that were essential. She is an excellent communicator with me, keeping me apprised of events before they were happening, and asking me for help with transportation for the client if needed. Beth has been constantly “on the ball” with everything. So much so, that one day I asked Beth, “Do you ever stop Working?” Beth has been like an angel from heaven who came into our lives just at the right time. I would highly recommend Beth Levine if you need help with any Senior Living service.

Kathleen is a terrible provider. She arrives late. Not caring. Bad mouthing other agencies. Not responsive. Very rude.

They were wonderful with my mom - very thoughtful, intelligent and understanding in supporting my mom and our family as we transitioned her into assisted living. We couldn't have gotten through this without them. They gave us tremendous help and piece of mind throughout the process.

Preferred Living Solutions were not just interested in providing a service but they were truly caring and interested in helping. They assisted my dad and I as we had to transition my uncle to nursing home care. They took much of the stress off of my dad as we had to unexpectedly navigate new housing along with decisions on medical and financial issues..

The staff at Preferred Living Solutions has helped me through the years. I am the only local daughter to care for my 86 year old mother and my 91 year old father, now in memory care. The staff works from their heart, treating my parents as if they were their own. They are help in time of overwhelm, backup needs and decision making. I recommend them on a regular basis to other caregivers in need.
