This home-care agency was always available when i needed them, any time i called them they were available or called right back. They were caring and offered empathy to me, as my mother's caregiver. My mother has since passed, on August 17, 2011. On the night she died, i was able to reach her nurse at 9PM, which was a blessing that i found her especially since it was after hours. She was able to come to my mother's apartment and pronounce her, saving much time and agony. She also met with the police and ambulance workers who were there. So, right up to the end, they were there for my family. Everyone my mom worked with was kind, understanding and patient. I would recommend this home-care to anyone who is in need of this type of care.
