The aide from Comfort Keepers is a non-native English speaker. You have to explain things to her a dozen times before she understands it. But she's always on time and she does what I ask her to do, although sometimes she doesn't understand. I have things that I can't do like go get my groceries and stuff, so she does my shopping. Someone would come in from the agency once a month and ask questions if you're satisfied with your aide and if not, they'll get you another one.

They are inconsistent with caregivers. Most of the caregivers don't want to work anyway! The company has no respect for the clients. The office staff have bad attitudes. I would absolutely not recommend this company.
