Right now, I have a home help from Chrill Care Inc. They have been coming here for eight years or so since I have been in a wheelchair. The person taking care of me is nice. She has been here with me for about three years. I don't know about the billing because the bill goes to my insurance, but the service is OK. I have a couple of cats, and the girl is not crazy about cats, but she tolerates them. She is not afraid of them; she just will not have one, but she likes them. We get along pretty well, and I am relatively comfortable with them. However, they have new people working in the office. When I call and ask to speak to someone and leave a message, the message isn't relayed exactly the way that I leave it. They had a complete overhaul in the management.

I'm not pleased with Chrill Home Health Care at all. Their care is not very good, and they don't do what they're supposed to do. They're very lazy, not flexible, and not dependable. They know how dissatisfied I am and how I don't like the way they belittle their clients.
