Care Street Home Care was the only one that was not only supportive, but they weren't pushy and talk about money from the get-go. I learned about them through Mercer Street Friends. So far so good. They found somebody quickly. Mom's going through hyperbaric treatment because she had a wound that wouldn't heal. She's diabetic, but she's very good. She's comfortable with her caregiver. They were also there for us if we needed something.

All I can say is the Dr in charge was good in the beginning. After services started, the aide was good, however the office staff is terrible. They will call you and ask you to call back, when you do, they never answer or return your calls. I asked what I would have to pay for, other then the aide and I got several mixed messages and never did get a clear answer. Our aide just never showed up one day, and never got a heads up! Look around before employing these people, YOU are the customer and need help and should not have added stress with the way they treated me. Just make sure if you sign the contract, what your options are to cancel it. They actually never did get around to have me sign their contract, and never gave me the option of how we wanted to pay.
