They're a little more flexible, and they have really good people who come and work for them. It makes a big difference. They do a multitude of things, which some other places don't, so that makes it much nicer.

It allows me to be home and do my thing. I don't always have to go to my parents house. It's good for my mom because she needs interaction with others. I really haven't been that present with them and the care. I think everything is being covered for them.

They help with pretty much everything, like cleaning, laundry, getting up, and eating. They take care of business.

At the time they were great and they were helping to clean and scrub the floors and do the dishes so it's hard for me to get up down. I would like to see them improve on looking out more for the people who can afford to be there. They cut me on many hours, and it sounded like that got rid of everyone who needed assistance in the county. It felt like they were getting rid of us to only get people who could pay and cut my hours. I don't like them and don't want them around.

She listens to his stories even though he tells the mover and over again. She treats him with respect. I like that I can trust the caregiver Lisa. She is nice to my dad and the main thing.
