It would be nice to have direct contact with the person providing the care for my mom. Although I understand that they might want to have a coordinator in between. It would be nice to have direct contact. The initial meet up time was a little difficult. I had to travel from Maryland to Massachusetts and the morning of the meet and greet I found out the care person they had lined up wasn't going to be able to do it. I then had to take another trip to do meet up a couple of weeks later.

There were a few people who came in the beginning were not suitable, and they found me a new person who was very accommodating. My situation is unique, and I have moved to a new area, and I needed someone who could assist me with my new home. I have someone who is very flexible and does some housework around my house.

It is really important. The caregivers don't make it worse. I like the administration and we have good caregivers. We've only had one we asked not to have back.
