They clean the area of where I am, and they clean the bathrooms. I never knew who was gonna come back then, but in the last month, I've had the same person come in.

They need to improve the scheduling because if the scheduled person doesn't show up, I don't know who's going to be there or if someone's even going to come. They need to improve consistency in scheduling.

There could have been a consistent person. It was confusing for her. They could have more accountability for what the people were doing. I asked them to tell me what they were doing. I wanted them to wash the clothes and hang them up. I wasn't there. I had asked them to write down what they did, and that never happened. There was a different person every morning and at night. They could only come at a certain time, and they needed to give her her eye medication and get her meals. I didn't see a lot of accommodation.

My mom is a fall risk so just being there to assist her with moving around was helpful. They could be more prompt with returning phone calls.

They need to have their employees do what they're supposed to do. They're very much unreliable and undependable. They'll say someone will be here the next day at 8. I'll call, and they say they'll be there at 10:30. 10:30 comes around, and they're still not there. I'll tell them not to send anybody when I'm in the hospital, but they still will. They'll be asleep on the couch or be on their phones.

They did the basic laundry and being there, that took several hours out of my day, so that was helpful. A couple of the girls that were there to clean and keep my loved one company could have cleaned a bit better.

They needed to check on the caregiver to see what they are really doing. Some people would sleep on the job and were on their phone a lot. Some people let him get to the bathroom on his own. Some were better than others. My loved one had $50 dollars stolen out of his wallet and it happened within the first few weeks of them coming to help him.
