The reason I like Comfort Keepers of Cold Spring, KY so much compared to anybody else is that the management makes their patients' needs their number one priority. I just appreciate that so much. They're very good and wonderful. We have somebody from ten until three and we really love her. One of the things that I love that they do for me is they bill directly to the long-term care insurance. That's a load off my mind and it's a huge service. It's also a great value for the price. They do light cleaning, get mom's medicine, and pick up groceries. They just don't have enough employees to fill in all the gaps I need.
