Hospice of North Iowa is a wonderful, caring, compassionate organization. You don't realize how much you will benefit from their services until you yourself have used it. My mom, my dad and several aunts and uncles have benefitted from Hospice of North Iowa. Some were taken care of in the home, a couple in a nursing facility and others at the Muse Norris Inpatient Unit in Mason City. No matter where they received care, it was exceptional. I remember a time when I felt my mom was very uncomfortable and experiencing pain. Even though it was 1:00 in the morning, I was able to reach a nurse and within a half hour she was there at her bedside. I can't tell you what a relief this was. If you are looking for great hospice care and an exceptional bereavement program, definitely call Hospice of North Iowa. They are second to none!

My mom was cared for at the Hospice of North Iowa Inpatient Unit in Mason City, IA 50401. My family was very pleased with the care. We came from all over the country and immediately felt at home. The place was so peaceful and homey yet provided very professional medical care under the direction of Board Certified Palliative care doctors. The nurses and other staff were so supportive, making sure we were all supported and ok while they cared for mom. She died peacefull with all her family around her. Thank-you Hospice of North Iowa!
