"The hospice team is great. They were so good at explaining that choosing hospice was not giving up, but offering a better quality of life for the time we had left. Everyone on the team were supportive and so very kind and understanding. They offered many more services than we ever knew existed. They offered an in home hospital bed, paid for Depends, and bed pads, gave my mom a shower twice a week, and the visiting nurse was great because we did not have to take mom out. They also paid for her medications. What a great service, and you do not have to qualify financially as it is a medical benefit under medicare. We are so thankful that this is available. "

"Gentiva is great. Grandmas has a nurse for an hour three days a week. Then, she has physical therapist, who has her up and moving. They've taught me quite a lot, and Grandma is doing great. She loves each and every one of them and works hard for Sarah, her physical therapist. We used to have to change her like a baby, but now she walks to the bedroom herself. Sometime she has an accident, but she is walking awesomely now and stands up on her own. "We hired Interim HealthCare of Grand Rapids for my husband. I am very happy with the people that they sent. They try to get people that will come on a regular schedule, and that is helpful. I am happy. They help him with bathing and dressing, sometimes they fix him a simple meal. They stay with him if I need to go to the store. I have no problems with their billing. They send me their billing, then take it out of my account."
