"Overall it has been pretty good with Hillcrest. They have some staff issues currently going on because they've grown so big, so fast, that they weren't staffed properly for it. But they're resolving those issues, they have new ladies, and it has gone better. I have a CNA who I'm very comfortable with. She's always on time and always friendly. She gets things all done correctly and expeditiously. I liked all the CNAs who've come out. They are all friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely would recommend Hillcrest. The service is very good and they’re easy to work with. "

"I want to say how thankful my family and I am with the help of Prime Home Care-Compassionate Care Hospice. My mom has cancer and is having trouble dealing with the out come. Prime home care care sent in a nurse and a social worker to work with my mom so she could understand her cancer. they have help my mom make it to the steam cell operation. I am so thankful I have been able to send more time with my mom. I highly recommend their agency to all the people out there that needs their help with skilled and un-skilled nursing. "My brother spent five days there recently. Horrible facility. Huge bird cage right by patients rooms, birds are loud and annoying at all times. How anyone finds them soothing is hard to see. Rooms are not remotely up to date; they are small and have only onen recliner. Plan on getting zero sleep if you have a loved one there. No facilities at all for family: no showers, no laundry, no rollaway beds, teeny kitchen affords no ability to make meals, the "chapel" is a room with chairs. The sole reason this rate any stars is because the staff is outstanding."

"My Mother was provided physical care from Physicians Choice which I was in town for my mothers recovery. I experienced these wonderful nurses that came to my mothers house twice a week for 8-9 weeks and worked her back to strength in order for her to be successful, staying at home instead of a hospital rehab facility. John, Michelle and Erin were assigned to my mother and they were all very caregiving, and wanted my mother to succeed. They were very personable and that put my Mother at ease, to focus on the tasks as getting better. I want to commend these nurses and want to "thank them" from my heart for making my Mother feel whole again. These nurses were in Omaha Ne, for my Mother and just recently signing off on my mothers progress. Thank you again for this network of nursing care! "I got Southwest Iowa Home Health Services for my mother. They're great. They're giving her physical therapy and occupational therapy. They're very good with scheduling. They usually let us know a week in advance or once the holidays are over; they will come on regular days. They're great with her, and they're very easy to get along with."
