We got Vitas Hospice for my aunt. They gave her minimal palliative care and therapy. The staff was okay. She was getting wound care and physical therapy as well. They sent a PT and a nurse. The PT came twice a week. They seemed caring and obliging. However, my aunt did not improve. I called a couple of times to speak to the physical therapist and she never called me back. I wanted to find out how she was doing. She needed that physical therapy in the very beginning to be more aggressive, and it wasn't.
