cant say enough about these kind and caring people. They understand the stress of the family who are going thru putting a loved one in their care. They helped with both my mom and my dad who passed 5 months apart. truly special people. = )

We needed comfort care for dad and met with two different Hospice groups, by far Joann at Hope made us feel so comfortable with her caring and loving concern, we hired them. The staff was unbelievable from the aides to the nurses to the representatives on the phone but there were a few that really really stuck out with their compassion and care, nurse Shirley, she is an angel sent by God in our eyes, she was incredible! What an awesome person she is. Josiah who bathed and took the best care of my dad with grace and dignity. Marcia the social worker was so easy to talk to and so perfect for our family. Then there is Chaplin Jeff, that man WAS sent by God, undoubtly, to help us through our journey, he has the eloquence of perfection and you feel so loved in his presence, incredible incredible man! I could never ever say enough good about these people and we were so blessed that they where a part of the Hope team that helped us through a terrible time.

I called in Hope Hospice for my mom when she was too weak to continue to live in assisted living. That phone call to Hope Hospice made all the difference for mom and our family. The entire staff, from the intake counselor, nurses, case manager, spiritual staff, everyone listened, acted without hesitation to help us, provided compassionate care and was without a doubt a full partner with our family during mom's last months. We had another hospice for my dad in another city that I thought was fine until I was able to compare them to Hope Hospice. The difference was that Hope Hospice was always there for us under any circumstances at all hours of the day and night. I cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience with this organization.

Our primary care physician recommended Hope Hospice. My wife and I went there last November because I was looking for maybe more care, but she didn't make it. She passed away last July. She was diagnosed with lung cancer five years ago. She's had a lot of radiation and chemo, and she had a stroke in the middle of all this. But Hope Hospice provided the nurses. They were very, very good. The nurses were perfect. There are two primary nurses that cared for my wife, and they live close by. They had an ER nurse at night, so we did call in a couple of times and the nurse came in the middle of the night. Then they have the personal care people and they were wonderful. They have a bereavement counselor who was seminary-trained lady, very nice. One of the main nurses was right here when my wife died. They liked my wife a lot. They trained their people so well and they were so caring.

Hope Hospice and Healthcare, Inc. out of Sun City should have 10 stars!! What an amazing group of professionals. With experience on the board of another Hospice group out of state, I thought I knew quite a lot about the wonderful services of Hospice. But Hope Hospice in So Cal. far exceeds anything I could have dreamed up. Our whole experience with them has been an experience of positive, caring, focused, selfless and dedicated people from the first moment to now....every single one an angel. From Jo Ann to Dr. Kim to Mick to Stephanie to Jennifer, we could not be more pleased. And then to top it off, our caregiver, Lonnie, is unbelievable. I am the daughter in law of the patient who (after two weeks of hospital stays and rapidly declining health) had declared to us that he really "wanted to go." He was in dire pain with a number of debilitating ailments. After coming to terms with his wish, we called in Hope Hospice and we all were so lovingly embraced and taken care of. Hospice has taken care of every major and minor detail from that moment on. The patient could not be more comfortable now, has folks around him who listen intently and could not be more at peace. I cannot say enough about Hope Hospice out of Sun City and commend them with all the stars that I can give them. We feel so fortunate and so blessed that we chose them and could not be more grateful to each and every representative that we have been privileged enough to meet and work with thus far. I would trust every single one of them implicitly and recommend them enthusiastically to anyone living anywhere in the Sun City/Temecula/Murrietta areas.
