We got Visiting Angels for my in laws. They were not able to supply the flexibility that we sometimes needed, at first it was quite difficult, but she is on a regular schedule now, and it's been working well. They have their rules, like if you can't call within 24 hours, they'll charge you anyway, and they're pricey, but we are grateful to have the help. They've been very helpful, they started February of this year, and we've met three caregivers. The one who comes regularly is very pleasant, calm, and works very well with my mother-in-law. She bathes her, cooks for my father-in-law, and does the laundry. It's wonderful for my father-in-law to have some respite, and to be able to get out of the house when she's there. The administrator doesn't normally cover this area, but they're doing this as a favor for us. I would recommend them, and our experience has been good.
