They do not keep promises, we have a different person every time, we told each one what she needs, and they refuse to provide the supplies the doctors ordered even though they promised they would. We have had to order the supplies on our own or the patient would die. This is terrible for such a promising company. Be warned, pick a different Hospice or you might suffer the same difficulties getting supplies need for life support. The keep promising, but don not deliver the requirements set by the doctors.
