My stepmom was in Auburn Bethany House for hospice care before she passed away 3 weeks ago. It's like a home. The visitation policy was such that her daughter and husband could visit with her, and be with her in her last moments. That was one of the big things that was a blessing for the family there in Bethany House. The staff or people were friendly, courteous, and informative. The facility was good, and clean. They did good.

This assisted living facility is very welcoming. When my grandfather was going through a lot of medical issues the employees kept us very well informed and comforted us. I appreciated all that they did for our family. The facility was very warm and welcoming and clean! That was one of our main concerns. When we would walk in the staff had big smiles on their face and did whatever they had to do to make everyone feel at home. The only negative thing I have to say about this place is that it is sometimes a little hard to have privacy. Because they are so warm and welcoming they dont limit who can and cannot come back to some of the family rooms. At one point my Grandfathers room was just too crowded. We all had to take turns walking in and out just so we could have room to walk. its a great place!!!!
