I liked Richland Center Senior Apartments (Our House), but it was a little expensive for us. It was very nice and clean, and the rooms were adequate enough. They had laundry and delivered the meals to your room if you want it. They had a nice dining room.

I came here to visit my great aunt a few times and overall the living accommodations seemed pretty nice the rooms were better than some other assisted living homes I have been in and the staff all seemed very friendly. The only concern I really had was about the amount of freedom the residence have here. During on of my visits there was a man that wanted to go out for a little walk and after he opened the door there was an alarm and people went to go and stop him. This man was probably around 75 years old and multiple people went to go get him to make him come inside. I am not sure how other places handle this but I feel like the residence should be aloud the freedom to go out for a walk if they want.
